A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Nurse Practitioner is an advanced practice nurse with a doctoral degree in nursing. This role represents the highest level of clinical nursing practice, emphasizing the use of evidence-based methods to improve patient outcomes.

Appointments are provided via telehealth through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Benefits of telehealth visits include increased accessibility, flexibility, and streamlined care. Patient paperwork must be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $150 non refundable cancelation/no show fee.

To avoid a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee, appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Office policies and procedures, along with your intake paperwork, will be sent to you to review at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

We are credentialed with most major insurances. Full payment is required at least 24 hours before your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

Please be advised that while we can provide you with a superbill for your records, we do not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider. It is your responsibility to verify with your insurance company whether the services provided will be covered under your plan.
